A conveyor belt, made from Conveyor Belt Units (CBU). Instead of connecting the ends together, one could also leave the model in the form of a flat tape, or twist it into some more interesting shape before closing. The lock is strong enough for the model to keep its shape, but it wouldn’t be able to support high tension if we wanted the conveyor belt to actually transfer some heavy stuff.
