This heart is made from a single module which is a modification of 90-degree unit (independently discovered by me and others), so it’s like a modular design that uses just one module. Paper ratio 6:1. The idea of taking a single edge unit and bending it is very simple, so it’s likely others have come up with the same idea, too.

This model can also be considered a special case of Heart-Shaped Coil, made from just a single unit.
