This origami Rosette is a tessellation molecule (14×14 grid for the molecule, 16×16 for the whole work shown here), but I haven’t folded a model of more than one such molecule yet. One of intermediate stages while folding this design is in itself an interesting model, Close Quarters Folding.

Many variants can be created by shaping the model differently. Some are 3D while others are flat but they share the same basic symmetry.
