This is a simple name plate on which you can place your name and put it on your desk. You can also use it to place descriptions near your origami models on your model display at an origami convention. The model can also be set up vertically and act as a stand for cubes, kusudamas and other similar origami models.

It looks like a regular triangular prism with pyramids on the triangular faces. In this standard setup, these pyramids are directed inwards. When the pyramids are pointing outwards, the model can be used as a candy wrapper or gift wrapping. When one pyramid is pointing inside and the other outside, several pieces of this model can be stacked on top of each other to form a tower.
