One of Shuzo Fujimoto’s stars, based on a hex twist whose central hexagon has a side length equal to ⅓ of the hexagonal sheet’s edge.
This model appears under the name “No 17” in the section with stars in Twist Origami I (but the name 水仙, Daffodil, is also mentioned), and as “11” in the corresponding section of Invitation to Creative Playing with Origami.
CFW 171 is a similar design, but with an additional color change.
