This bracelet is decorated with a row of tessellation molecules. Apparently, the molecule was invented independently by multiple creators: Madonna Yoder (using the name Cascading Buckets), Dirk Eisner (see his version), as well as Ben Goldberger and Ben Parker who are both mentioned in comments on the Instagram post by Dirk Eisner linked above.
