FIT (Five Intersecting Tetrahedra)



At only 30 modules, this model is still much more challenging than most models with several times that many units, but also a lot of fun to fold. See the link above in Folding instructions for some hopefully useful tips about assembling this model.
The coloring used here (different colors for different tetrahedra) shows the structure of the model clearly. A single-colored fold looks more elegant and makes the model appear more complex. In order to see the model in 3D, you can have a look at yet another fold, from which I made anaglyph images.
