Super-Pineapple Tessellation is my extended (and much more complex) variant of Ilan Garibi’s Pineapple Tessellation.
In print media
This model is featured in Ilan Garibi’s book, Origami Tessellations for Everyone, on page 166.
A phototutorial of the collapse was published in 13th Bulletin of Polish Origami Society (2015) on page 95.
Crease Pattern and collapsing instructions
Collapsing is a two-stage process like in the original Pineapple Tessellation, and even more difficult. Sheets with larger numbers of molecules will probably be quite challenging to collapse.
If you find the pre-crease time-consuming, you can follow my tips on making precreasing easier by printing the CP with an inkjet printer.
