This module is my first published modular origami unit (designed in 2005) and was inspired by Thomas Hull’s PHiZZ unit. Two units are needed for each edge and they form a kind of triangular prism while triangular pyramids are created at vertices. Only solids where either two or three edges meet at each vertex can be built from this module.

The name Oxi comes from the fact that this is my first unit designed, and 1 would be written as 0x1 in hex notation.
