Napkin Heart II (standing form)

This is Napkin Heart II, shaped so that it can stand on its own (if folded from a stiff enough napkin, or paper as is the case here). It can also act as an envelope of sorts.

This design is very simple, so I suspected it may have been independently designed by others before, and indeed Michel Grand pointed out to me that it is almost identical to Hiroshi Kumasaka’s Heart Card aka Heart 2. The only difference is the layer ordering of the paper behind the heart proper.
