120-Degree Boat
This design is an analog of the traditional paper boat but folded from a hexagon. The 120° angle at the top of the sail results in a more slender boat than the classic 90° version. Obviously, using a hexagon rather than a rectangle takes away one of the traditional model’s advantages which is its simplicity: preparing a hexagon is probably more work than folding the model itself.
Since the idea of adapting a traditional model to be folded from a hexagon instead of a square seems rather obvious to me, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else had done this before. Let me know if you are aware of any such case.
